Bal is a technologist and entrepreneur with a passion for building products that make work simpler, smarter, and more human. Over the years, he has led teams and projects focused on workflow systems, business intelligence, and digital transformation, always with the goal of helping businesses run more efficiently and deliver better experiences.
Bal has built startups from scratch and navigated two successful enterprise-software exits. He has gained firsthand insight into what it takes to lead, innovate, and create meaningful value. Those experiences fundamentally shape the way he approaches every new challenge.
Today, Bal is focused on his latest venture, Qtaria, where they are redefining how businesses handle quoting. The mission is to create technology that not only solves problems but inspires people to think differently about how work gets done.

Bal Mattu, Founder
Paul is an Enterprise and Solutions Architect with deep experience across finance and banking, where he has designed, planned, and delivered complex technology strategies that underpin large-scale transformation.
Paul began his career in engineering and project engineering roles before moving into consultancy with Accenture, refining his ability to align business objectives with robust technical delivery. Since then, he has held a wide range of permanent and contract positions, including Technology Director, VP, Lead Architect, and Technical Architect, making an impact both as an individual contributor and as a leader of high-performing technical teams.
With experience spanning global enterprises and fast-moving SMEs, Paul brings a holistic, end-to-end perspective on how to architect solutions that drive meaningful, measurable result.
